BREN Journal publishes original research articles, reviews, case studies, and short communications describing recent trends and developments in:

Biosciences: Molecular biology, microbiology, genetics, biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacology, biomedical sciences, and related disciplines.
Engineering Applications in the Life Sciences: Bioengineering, biomedical engineering, biomaterials, computational biology, medical devices, process engineering, and systems biology.
Interdisciplinary Research: bridging the gap between biosciences and engineering including innovations in diagnostics, therapeutics, environmental biotechnology, agricultural engineering, bioinformatics etc.
